During his time with McCaw Lewis Chapman, Phil has developed specialist knowledge in aspects of law relevant to companies and other corporate entities, including property development; contract, business and company law; insolvency; acquisitions and sales. Phil is a firm believer that developing strong client relationships and "thinking outside the square" are essential to achieve an optimum result. Phil is a keen sportsman.
