Brendan Cullen : PartnerLLB, BA, AAMINZ, DipBS, Acc.M.LEADRBrendan graduated from the University of Otago before joining McCaw Lewis Chapman in 1984. He has been a Partner with the firm since 1991. He specialises in litigation on commercial matters and has a particular focus on contract and tort claims, building and construction law, insolvency law and dispute resolution. Brendan has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution. He is an associate of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute and in 1999 completed a Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution) at Massey University. Brendan is involved in the community as the former secretary of the Waikato/Bay of Plenty District Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, a committee member of AMINZ (Waikato region) and as an Executive Member of First Impressions Toastmasters.
