Steve Brooker : ConsultantLLBSteve joined McCaw Lewis Chapman in 1960, became a Partner in 1963 and a Consultant in 1999. He specialises in company law and commercial property transactions and is adviser to a number of successful Hamilton businesses. He also specialises in trusts, asset planning, and franchising; acting for both franchisors and franchisees. For many years, Steve has been the adviser for several agricultural and horticultural organisations. Steve is a past president of the Waikato/Bay of Plenty District Law Society and a former executive committee member of the New Zealand Law Society.
