Mark is a member of the Commercial Team, and practises primarily in the following areas:

• Commercial leases
• Commercial property
• Business sales and purchases
• Business financing

Mark acts for a number of high profile clients including corporates, small businesses, trusts, and not-for-profit organisations.

Mark has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland and joined McCaw Lewis in 1991.
