Mark Shepherd : AssociateLLBMark graduated from the University of Auckland in 1985 and worked as a solicitor in London and Auckland before joining McCaw Lewis Chapman in 1991. Mark was promoted to an Associate in 2000. As a member of the Commercial and Company Law Team, Mark practises primarily in the areas of commercial property, company finance, business acquisitions, subdivisions and leases.
