As a key member of the Commercial and Company Law Team at McCaw Lewis Chapman Charlotte advises clients on business acquisitions and sales, company and share structures, shareholder and joint venture agreements, Overseas Investment Act issues and in documenting and negotiating commercial and business contracts.

During recent years Charlotte has also practiced in the area of residential and commercial property matters with specific emphasis on property developments and subdivisions, investment and financing, unit titles, leases and land ownership structures.

Charlotte sits on the Boards of Waikato Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Netball Waikato Region, and is an active member of the Riverlea Theatre.
