Wende specialises in relationship property matters and advises on:

• Contracting out agreements
• Relationship property settlements
• Asset planning
• The division of trust assets
• Post separation issues
• Property interests – and how to deal with them before, during and after a relationship

Wende also advises on employment law issues, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements and policies, restructuring and redundancy, and assists clients to resolve their employment relationship problems quickly and effectively.

Wende has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in psychology from the University of Waikato. She joined McCaw Lewis in 2009.
