Leone Farquhar : SolicitorBMS (Human Resource Management), LLB - Ngāti Tuwharetoa, Ngāti KahungunuLeone graduated from the University of Waikato in October 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Management Studies, majoring in Human Resource Management. She was admitted to the bar as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in July 2008. During her university studies Leone developed a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution. She joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team at McCaw Lewis Chapman in May 2008. Leone is a fluent speaker of Te Reo Māori and is of Ngāti Tuwharetoa and Ngāti Kahungunu descent. In her spare time she enjoys playing guitar, painting and spending time with her husband and son.
