Russell has recently commenced as General Manager of the firm. Russell's career includes senior management roles in the manufacturing sector as well as directorship of a local chartered accounting practice. In recent years Russell has been Managing Director of a successful human resource/employment relations consulting organisation and will continue to provide HR/ER services to clients under the McCaw Lewis Chapman name. Russell's primary role at McCaw Lewis Chapman will be to maintain oversight over all firm business including; people, systems and processes, marketing initiatives and financial activities.
